Tips for asking questions and getting help

Details are crucial.  You can never provide too much detail about your issue or question.  

  • If you are having a problem on the site, describe the problem with as much detail as possible. Examples are: What page are you on that is causing problems (need the URL)? What errors are you seeing? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue? etc.
  • Password resets.  We provide a function for you to reset your password yourself and access your account immediately without having to wait for us to respond.  To reset your password go to https://www.swingsurgeon.com/user/password  If you do not get the password reset email and still cannot access your account then please by all means contact us!
  • Not getting order confirmation emails or password reset emails?  Check your spam folders and add our email address as an approved sender to your email account: support AT swingsurgeon.com
