As you can see, snow has immobilized my part of the world. I'm taking the time to do some writing and thinking about additions to the site. What I'm not doing is sitting around getting out of shape. Since I can't make it to the gym, I'm trying to duplicate at home what my trainer has me doing.
I made a list of some ideas that might help you avoid 'cabin fever' (which includes the temptation to gobble down that whole bag of chips) and turn this 'snow time' into a very positive experience.
Don't let the weather get to you, get into the weather.
