One of a golfer's greatest enemies has nothing to do with your clubs or balls, not even your swing. It's that space between your ears and what you're telling it.
I call it good 'self talk' and it all boils down to confidence. How many times have you walked up to the tee, looked out at the fairway, then started in on a litany of things "I don't want to do"? Like, 'I don't want to hit it in the water on the left. And I sure don't want to hit it into those trees on the right.'
While you need to be aware of the hazards that present themselves, your most important thought is where you want to hit it, and the feeling of confidence that you can hit it there.
If we don't have confidence in ourselves, our swings go all screwy, along with our game. The beauty of the Surge Swing is that it helps you build and maintain confidence in your abilities. You know what your doing and how to do it.
Be confident. Look only where you want your ball to end up. Promote good 'self talk.'
The Surge!
