Over the past few months I've had students come to me thinking they were having problems with the limited turn, 3/4 backswing which we teach in the Peak Performance Golf Swing.
Actually, their backswings were pretty good. Yet they weren't getting the results they wanted. The reason immediately became obvious. It was their forward swing to the T-Finish! Remember, you don't hit the ball in the backswing. They were turning past their target, their belt buckles were way left (they were all right handers), and they all started to relax before they recoiled.
Here's a tip on knowing when you've made the correct, square to the target, T-Finish. When you've finished your swing and before you recoil, make sure you've can only see the target out of your right eye (for right handers). That way you'll know your right or back arm was close enough to your left ear.
Works like a charm.
