The Peak Performance Golf Swing Is Habit Forming

Mon, 05/03/2010 - 10:00 -- Don Trahan

PGA Tour pro DJ Trahan took a liking to golf early in life. He considers himself very fortunate to have been taught the Peak Performance Golf Swing by his dad, PGA Master Professional Don Trahan. In this video he talks with friend Don Trahan about getting into the PPGS '€œhabit'€ and the simplicity of the swing.

DJ advises parents of kids who are eager to play golf to make sure the children start out with the proper fundamentals. Of course, he also advises that the proper fundamentals are all found in the Peak Performance Golf Swing. '€œIt made it easier for me to focus on the golf course,'€ DJ says.

Health note: Don continues to improve daily. He'€™s getting the rest he definitely deserves.
