You used to be able to be able to pick out the correct flex of a shaft based on what it said on the shaft: stiff, senior, ladies, etc. That's just not the case anymore.
Several visitors to the blog has asked about flex so I decided to show you how professional club fitters figure out how we know which shaft is what in terms of flex. It's called “profiling” the shaft.
