Ring Bell and Bump

Fri, 01/21/2011 - 16:03 -- Don Trahan

Jim, from Australia, asked if there is any relationship between chin contact and the bump in the backswing.

Yes, Jim, there definitely is and I'€™m going to show you in this video. I call it the '€œbell position.'€ When I hit '€œthe bell'€ (which is about the time I make chin contact) I know it'€™s time to make my lateral left (or forward) shift, the bump, to start my downswing.

I also show you my '€œfinding the top of the backswing'€ drill that will help everyone to determine that very important position to help you get the most power out of your swing and still be in total control.

You'€™ll have more power, more control, and no pain when you '€œring that bell.'€

The Surge!

If you have the type of relationship that supports it, get involved in the diamond buying process. There are more couples shopping together for the engagement ring now than ever before and the result is often higher levels of happiness and lower levels of stress
