Snap, Crackle, Pop

Sun, 03/13/2011 - 16:14 -- Don Trahan

Larry had a question about the snap, crackle, pop with regards to the Surge Swing. He was having trouble getting his right hand to the target before his left which was causing him to roll his right hand over in an effort to "catch up" to his left hand.

In a balanced swing, each hand gets to the target almost simultaneously. This is the "snap." After the snap at impact, remember to pop up to the T-finish.

The Surge!

Dear Surge,

I haven't seen D. J.'s name on any tournament this year. I thought he made the 125 cut last year. Has he been injured? Has he decided to go a different direction: your partner?

I have been praying for his excellence!

Actually, DJ finished outside the top 125 last year, so he's had a limited schedule this year. He has been in a couple tournaments, and he'll be in Puerto Rico this week.
