I had just put down on my 'things to do' list to talk about how to read a divot. And here the question comes up on the blog from Kim! It's something most golfers don't know how to do correctly.
While this would be best done in a video lesson on the range, in this video I think you'll understand what it takes to read a divot. But I promise, in the near future, we'll have a video for you.
Most people believe that if you hit a good divot the end of it should be aiming down the target line. Kim was worried because the end of his divot was 'aiming' at a 45 degree angle inside. But Kim's pro told him not to worry because he was hitting it solidly.
